Make your business recognisable
Branding is the way your business presents itself, not just a logo placed at the top of a page. Colours, images, wording and the way your name appears can all affect whether customers recognise you from one place to another. A small business does not need an elaborate brand document to begin. It does need a clear idea of who it serves and a visual direction that suits the actual business rather than a style chosen only because it is fashionable.
Start with what you already have
If you already have a logo, business cards, vehicle signage or social profiles, send them through so I can understand your current presentation. There may be useful material to keep. If your website and other digital channels look unrelated, I can discuss how to bring them into a more consistent direction. I do not assume that a full redesign is necessary before seeing the material and hearing what you want to change.
A practical digital presence
Your website should feel like the same business a customer sees on your other channels. I consider how your branding works with readable headings, clear service information and useful contact options. Photos should show the business or work accurately, and wording should sound like you. The aim is to make the presentation coherent without making it harder for a visitor to understand what you offer. Good visual choices still need to work on a phone as well as a larger screen.
Agree on the work before it begins
Branding is quoted individually, so get a quote rather than relying on a published package price. I discuss the assets and digital presentation you need, what existing material is available and how the work relates to your website. I am Kingsley, a sole trader in Newcastle, NSW, and I handle the work myself. Businesses across Australia can work with me remotely. Send me the business name, the kind of customers you serve and any existing brand material, and I can help you work out an appropriate next step.
